Cleaning Service

Placing head cleaning is a basic maintenance that should, ideally be done regularly. If our customers lack the necessary equipments, we also provide cleaning services for you.

With repeated usage over time, dusts will accumulate inside the placing head, and these cannot be removed by basic cleaning. We also provide advanced cleaning services involving parts replacements if necessary.

Feeder Calibration Service

To maintain pickup rate of component, it is important to apply calibration maintenance for component feeder. Same as placing head maintenance, it is a crucial process that can greatly affect production quality and cost. At First Technology, we employ professional tools to calibrate each and every feeder to a high standard.
