    2021 was a very challenging year for First Technology China Limited (FTCL) not only it was a year dominated by pandemic, but it was also the year that FTCL senior management team has finally completed the MBO (management buyout) of FTCL from our parent company Sojitz Corporation of Japan. Sojitz supported the idea of our senior management team becoming the new owner of the company as we were the principal parties responsible for the company’s strong performance in recent years. The New FTCL will continue our heritage of a responsible company, our sustainability is based on integrity and transparency.
    Key priority of 2022 starting with our operation performance, we will clearly focus in supporting our customers and we will work more closely with our business partners to increase our market shares and market expansion. We will also build up our product portfolio and value-added services. In value added services, we will develop and provide digital solution, process automation, integration, and total solution offerings.
    FTCL financial results has always been very strong, our total sales turnover combining SMT BU and Semiconductor BU in 2017 was USD 154 million and ever since we grow steadily at about 10% a year totaling to USD 242 million in 2021. Despite COVID 19 has not gone away, we can still achieve an outstanding result in 2021 recording one of our best net profit years since 2010 partly due to much higher increase in business and partly due to cost reduction.
    Today, FTCL has about 200 employees spreading over 23 cities in China so that we are always close to customers. Many of our FTCL executive team members have been working for 15-20 years and over 82 employees have been staying with the company over 10 years, this does not come easy or quickly. We are committed in market cycle and retention of people. We are unique and sustainable because Customer Focus, Strategic location, A strong team of sales and experience engineers and Strong partners relationship with many Global Top Brands equipment suppliers in the Global Semiconductor and SMT industry.
    We will only be truly satisfied if we can truly believe our customers and business partners think we do great work. We are proud to have your trust and we see a bright future together with you.
