FujiTrax



The Fujitrax system has been designed to realize a high quality and highly efficient production line with a wide range of features including machine/parts/feeder administration, changeover support, and collection and analysis of production data in real-time, enabling quick action from operators as required.
Fujitrax is comprised of three main parts:

  • Fujitrax Verifier
  • Fujitrax Profiler
  • Fujitrax Adviser



Fujitrax Verifier


Fujitrax Verifier offers the following functionality.

  • Prevention of part loading errors.
  • Parts out warning display, facilitating parts resupply preparations.

Fujitrax Verifier monitors the status of all parts in the factory in real-time. Parts out warnings can be output to a PDA so that operators can monitor warnings from any location, and are able to follow a precise parts replenishment schedule.

  • Feeder maintenance warning display.

The feeder maintenance schedule is calculated based on factors such as error count, error rate, feed times, maintenance times, elapsed days, etc., allowing operators to perform precise maintenance, preventing loss of parts due to feeder defects.

  • Operator action history is saved.
  • Parts scheduling can be performed.

Parts for the next job can be verified while the current job is in progress. The PCU can be used to change all feeders on a pallet at once, reducing the changeover time.

  • Constant checker support.



Fujitrax Profiler


This system is an additional component to Fujitrax Verifier.

  • Trace data acquisition

Fujitrax acquires and manages machine and parts data used for each panel. Trace data can be acquired for the following: panel, parts, machine, placement count, placement panel side, job, production times, feeder etc.

  • Reports

Fujitrax web displays various reports based on the acquired Fujitrax data. Report data can be searched using criteria such as panel ID or part ID, and the reports can be used to analyze the cause of defects or identify defective panels.


Fujitrax Adviser


Fujitrax Adviser provides the following functionality.

  • Performs SPC analysis in realtime.

Analysis by reference designator / nozzle / feeder

  • Displays SPC analysis results.

  • Issues operating instructions to the user at the time a defect or error occurs.

  • Automatic feedback of SPC analysis results to the machine.

  • The ability to build a workflow that provides countermeasures for error occurrences.

  • Searchable history of defects/errors or countermeasures.

  • Can be used on systems that do not have Verifier/Profiler installed

VPD-plus

 

It¡¯s a part data creation and confirmation system, free your programmer from complicated and time consuming part data creation.
VPDplus is an application which allows device data for odd-form parts to be created and
edited in a visual manner using a multi-purpose algorithm. With this multi-purpose algorithm, the part¡¯s body, leads, and bump data are expressed as L-shaped radicals, lead radicals, and bump radicals which are positioned on the part image acquired from the camera.


 


  • Automatically Perform Data Generation:

Auto matically generates troublesome leads and bumps by simply selecting a part model.
Part data creation is now a fast and easy process.


  • Perform Vision Testing:

Using the same optical configurations as the machine, part data integrity is compared offline with acquired part images. This dramatically reduces the chance of data integrity errors at the machine.

  • Reduce Lot related reject parts

Minor variations between part lots can lead to troublesome vision processing errors. Images can now be downloaded from the machine to assist with quick data corrections.


CAD interface


With CAD interface can import the CAD to Flexa jobs. It can be used for programming edit and confirmation.
Various types of CAD data are supported.

  • Allegro Interface

Imports Allegro (made by Cadence) Placed Component Report files, which can be generated by Allegro as a standard function.

  • BoardStation Interface

Imports BoardStation (made by Mentor) Neutral files, which can be generated by BoardStation with the optional Neutral file out function.

  • CR5000PWS Interface

Imports CR5000PWS (made by Zuken) UDF/MDF/BSF files, which can be generated by CR5000PWS with the optional SREG function.

  • OrCAD Interface

Imports OrCAD (made by Cadence) Insertion List Report files, which can be generated by OrCAD as a standard function.

  • Power PCB Interface

Imports Power PCB (made by PADS) PADS ASCII format files, which can be generated by Power PCB as a standard function.

  • SFX-J1 Interface

Imports SFX-J1 <OHM-III extended version> (made by Mentor) VB ASCII format files, which can be generated by SFX-J1 <OHM-III extended version> with the optional VB ASCII function.

  • SPECCTRA Interface

Imports SPECCTRA (made by Cadence) Specctar Design Language Reference files, which can be generated by SPECCTRA as a standard function.

  • CAD Gerber

Interface Imports the PCB image when using the verifier function.

  • CR5000 Board Designer

Imports Board Designer (made by Zuken) FTF/PCF files, which can be generated by CR5000 Board Designer optional Standard ASCII I/O Module function.

  • PanaCAD Interface

Imports Panasert 781.atp, 783.atp files, and "NC data" and "coordinate data" of MP-series and MV-series machines.

  • Third Vender CAD Interface

Enables CAD Interfaces (made by a third party vender) to be used in Job Builder as well as the CAD Interfaces supplied by Fuji.


Multi-Job line balance


It can be used to balance a family of jobs within Flexa, resulting in a common feeder setup. The goal of the system is to minimize either your changeover time or total production time, dependant on your needs.
Three types of Multi Job Line Balancer software exist. The type of software used is determined based on the type of machines that exist in the production line for the job. NXT Multi Job Line Balancer is used for NXT jobs. AIM Multi Job Line Balancer is used for AIM jobs. Multi Job Line Balancer is used for jobs other then NXT or AIM jobs.
